Welcome to the Backstage Artist Welfare Association, an organization established in 2020 during the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With roots in West Bengal, our association has grown to encompass nearly 1000 members from various corners of region.
At Backstage Artist Welfare Association, we are committed to supporting and uplifting artists who work tirelessly behind the scenes. Whether they are technicians, stagehands, or production crew members, our mission is to ensure their welfare and well-being.
